🔐 Studio Entry Process
We are a private, appointment-only studio.
Our door remains intentionally closed between sessions to ensure each client receives our full attention.

Please arrive a few minutes early and call us at 508.533.1369 before coming up to the door. If you reach our voicemail, leave your name—we’re expecting you and will invite you in as soon as we’re ready.


✅ WHAT TO BRING
Your tattoo session will be held in a private studio room—designed to give you uninterrupted time, comfort, and the full focus of your artist.

• 🪪 Please bring a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID (e.g., state ID, driver’s license, or passport).
Photocopies, expired IDs, and paper forms cannot be accepted.
If you're waiting for your permanent ID, we may accept your original long-form birth certificate with seal along with a recently expired ID or MA temporary paper license with legible photo.

Final approval is at the discretion of our front-of-house team. We cannot accept damaged, creased, or unclear IDs. Please plan ahead whenever possible.

⚠️ Failure to bring proper documentation will result in forfeiture of your tattoo deposit. Bummer!


👥 WHO MAY ACCOMPANY YOU:

  • Preferably arrive solo—if you'd like to bring one guest, please call ahead to confirm.

    🍽️ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
    • Eat something 2–3 hours before your appointment—don’t come on an empty stomach
    • Stay hydrated! It supports your body, focus, and healing
    • Avoid alcohol the night before
    • Skip workouts the day of
    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing


🛑 NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

If you’re planning to swim, play sports or a competitive swimmer, travel, or have a medical procedure within 2-3 weeks of your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

You deserve to enjoy your vacation or event without worrying about aftercare or complications.
We want your healing to be as smooth as your appointment.

📄 TATTOO DEPOSIT FORFEITURE POLICY
Your tattoo deposit will be forfeited if:
• The appointment is missed without notice
• Required documentation is not presented at check-in
• Topical numbing products are used prior to the appointment
• Rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice (by phone only)
• Cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice (by phone only)

💰 PAYMENT DETAILS
• Tattoo deposits will be applied to your balance
• Depending on the artist and project, your deposit may be split between multiple sessions with the remainder deducted from your last session.

🕒 HEALING TIME EXPECTATIONS
• Tattoos: 2–3 weeks (No swimming or gym visits during this time)
