Piercing Booking Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required to protect your reserved time. Your deposit is not an additional charge — it is applied toward your service or jewelry purchase at the time of your visit.

Appointments can be reserved online or by calling the studio directly. For same-day availability, please call us directly — appointment timing can vary and a phone call is the best way to get an accurate answer in real time.

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the studio directly at 508-533-1369.

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received by phone during studio hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 11am–7pm) with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests cannot be made through our online booking system, email, or social messages, as these are not monitored in real time.

• Late cancellations, reschedules outside of this window, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or missed appointments result in the forfeiture of the appointment deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook.

• If valid identification or required minor documentation is not presented at the appointment, services cannot be performed and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Materials for Healed Piercings

Please note that these materials are porous and not suitable for initial piercings due to their inability to be sterilized effectively.

Jewelry Quality and Safety

We advise caution when purchasing body jewelry from non-professional sources such as malls or kiosks. Such jewelry often lacks proper material verification and may have rough finishes or threading that can harbor bacteria, leading to irritation or infection.

If you're uncertain about the appropriate gauge, diameter, or length for your jewelry, please contact us at 508-533-1369 or visit the studio. If your jewelry was purchased from us, we likely have your specifications on file and can assist you in selecting the correct piece.

Jewelry Sales Policy

All jewelry sales are final once they leave the studio, in adherence to health and safety protocols. In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, we will facilitate the return process with the manufacturer on your behalf. Repairs are not handled in-house.

Hours & Appointment Info

We’re open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to around 7:00 PM.
Final appointments are typically booked about an hour before closing, depending on artist availability.

Looking for a same-day appointment?
With two professional piercers on staff, we can often accommodate same-day requests.
Please call ahead to check availability — We kindly ask that all visits be scheduled in advance, as same-day availability cannot be guaranteed without notice.
Same-day bookings may not require a retainer, though one may be requested depending on availability and scheduling considerations.

Jewelry & Retail Policies

• All jewelry sales are final. For health and safety reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once it leaves the studio.

• Retail items and gift certificates are also considered final sale.

• Store credit may be issued at our discretion and is valid for seven (7) years, in compliance with Massachusetts state law.

• Store credits and gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
