Canman has submitted artwork for a new book entitled "The Skull Project" masterminded by Matthew Amey. This book features 151 artists from 18 countries using their own artistic vision and medium of choice to design their rendition of the human skull. in 2004, Visions Art Gallery was created to offer an artspace in a intimate,
creative atmosphere devoid of elitest attitudes and judgements. Our
intension is to provide a variety of artwork that will inspire you, conjure
repressed feelings, enlighten you and strike you on every level.
As of March of 2008, Visions Gallery is proud to announce the collaboration
with Theresa Wall-Duggan of Art & Discord. Theresa will be curating
each month's shows. This addition will bring Vision's Gallery to the
next phase of it's development.
Visions Art Gallery currently features artworks by
resident, local and national artists. Original artwork and prints are available
for purchase at the studio and will be available soon on our website through
Paypal.

Canman will be attending the Boston
Tattoo Convention September 12-14th 2008! If you'd like to make
an appointment with Canman for the Convention, please contact the studio.
He will also be attending the 1st Annual "Paradise
Tattoo Gathering" Convention, October 23 - 26, 2008. The Paradise
Tattoo Gathering is an intimate tattoo convention hidden away in the hills
of Western Massachusetts. It’s unique location will allow some of the
worlds most talented custom tattoo artists to ply their trade in a focused
relaxed environment amongst nature and insure that the convention is filled
exclusively with truly motivated lovers of the tattoo culture.
Visions Tattoo, Piercing & Art Gallery is seeking
a custom tattoo artist. Must have 5 yrs minimum experience and a solid portfolio.

The work of Chris Dingwell, Jaesun Duggan, and Canman will be exhibited from July 20th through August 17th. Their work includes impressionist portraits, visionary psychedelia and surrealist dreamscapes. The work is varied and intriguing, offering something for all viewers. Prints and framed works will be for sale during the exhibition.
The opening reception will be held at Visions Gallery
on July 20th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Ambient music will be provided by a local
violinist, Emma Duggan and there will be live painting by Canman.
